Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing like yoga pants or athletic wear. Stretch therapy is performed fully clothed on a floor mat.
The pressure is firm but should never be painful. I will communicate with you throughout the session to ensure your comfort.
This depends on your goals. For chronic issues, weekly sessions may be beneficial initially. For general wellness, once or twice a month is common.
